Rates
$250 per month is the self-pay rate for services (applies to patients who have insurances that we are out of network with), this fee covers all of our services (medication management, psychotherapy, drug testing).
We are in-network with the following insurance plans: Blue Choice Medicaid, Select Health of South Carolina Medicaid, Absolute Total Care Medicaid, Wellcare Medicaid, Molina of South Carolina Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina, Out of State Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.
Payment
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance.
